Last night I didn't feel that tired, but Yu Lee was going to bed at 11:00pm so I went to bed with her.
It took me about 25 minutes to fall asleep, but then this morning I just couldn't get up! I ended up sleeping for 7 hours which is too much for me and I felt like I'd slept in too long this morning. Also I didn't have enough time to do anything this morning...

I knew I wouldn't sleep today as I slept a lot last night, but I came home for a lie down anyway. I felt a little bit sleepy before lunch and laying down seemed to help a bit!

Last night we packed for our holiday in Spain (starting today) and then went to bed around 11:00pm. I fell asleep pretty quickly and slept through until my alarm at 3:00am.
This morning I felt a little sleepy but not too bad. I also felt tired on the plane but I think this was mainly due to the boredom of it as I perked up once I'd landed...
