Today was another wonderfully sunny day, so I had a beer with my lunch in the garden. After lunch I went to bed and fell asleep straight away, and set my alarm for 2 hours.
When my alarm went off I laid in bed for about 15 minutes, but this time I actually fell back to sleep and drifted in and out a few times. It always seems like 2 hours interrupts a period of deep sleep which makes it hard to wake up.
