Last night I fell asleep in about 15 minutes and slept solidly through the night. I remember my first (vibrating) alarm going off, and switching it off, but I don't remember my other one going off.
After sleeping through both of my alarms I woke up again at about 6:00am feeling a bit groggy.

Today I met Sara and had a beer at lunch time, so I went for my nap when I got in from work. I'm not sure exactly how long it took me to go to sleep but I think it was probably around 10 minutes. I woke up just over an hour later and felt good! This was a nice nap.

Last night I didn't feel that tired, but Yu Lee was going to bed at 11:00pm so I went to bed with her.
It took me about 25 minutes to fall asleep, but then this morning I just couldn't get up! I ended up sleeping for 7 hours which is too much for me and I felt like I'd slept in too long this morning. Also I didn't have enough time to do anything this morning...
