Last night we went out for dinner and board games at Yu Lee's friend's house. I had a couple of glasses of red wine, and by the time we had finished our game it was gone 10:30pm already.
We got back to our house around 11:00pm and went straight to bed, and by the time we turned the light out it was 11:30pm already. I was really tired when I got in as I didn't nap, so I set my alarm for 5:00am and fell asleep in about 5 minutes.
This morning when I woke up I was a little bit sleepy still so I ended up snoozing for about 20 minutes.

Yu Lee took the day off today as she wasn't feeling well, and when I got in from work she was actually laying in bed already. I got into bed too for my nap and I think I fell asleep in about 10 minutes, but I woke up after about half an hour. I'm sure I went to sleep even though it wasn't for very long.

Last night I went to bed around 10:45pm and we talked for about 10 minutes before settling down to go to sleep. For some reason it took me just over half an hour to get to sleep.
I'm sure that my little half hour nap helped with my tiredness because I was significantly less tired last night than the previous night (although it could also have been to do with the amount of wine I drunk the previous night).
I slept solidly through the night and woke up to my alarm at 4:30am. I laid in bed for 15 minutes after registering the end of my sleep.
