Last night we both felt quite tired. I didn't sleep for my nap which always makes me tired, and I wanted to go to bed around 10:30 but in the end I gave in and went to sleep at 10:00.
I fell asleep almost instantly and woke up to my alarm at 4:15am (I set it a little early as I went to bed early), but then I went back to sleep for another 45 minutes and ended up waking up again at 5:00am for a total of 7 hours. This means I am probably not going to be sleeping for my nap today!

I didn't sleep at all
I kind of knew I wouldn't sleep for this one. I felt a little bit drowsy around 2:00pm today, but by the time I got home I was feeling quite awake. Yu Lee wasn't feeling well so we both went and laid down together but after 15 minutes I knew for sure that I wouldn't sleep. I ended up laying in bed for an extra 45 minutes after I stopped the timer but I wasn't trying to sleep at this point.
Now I'm off out for the evening. Hope I don't feel too tired later!

Last night we went out for dinner and board games at Yu Lee's friend's house. I had a couple of glasses of red wine, and by the time we had finished our game it was gone 10:30pm already.
We got back to our house around 11:00pm and went straight to bed, and by the time we turned the light out it was 11:30pm already. I was really tired when I got in as I didn't nap, so I set my alarm for 5:00am and fell asleep in about 5 minutes.
This morning when I woke up I was a little bit sleepy still so I ended up snoozing for about 20 minutes.
