When I woke up, I set an alarm for 15 minutes and had a little more sleep. When that alarm went off I got up straight away.

Yu Lee was off work today and I finished a little earlier than usual, so we both went for a nap before 4:00.
I fell asleep quickly and didn't set an alarm. I woke up naturally after 2.5 hours and felt like I had been asleep for a long time.
