Last night we went to bed around 10:20pm, but we laid in bed and talked for a while before going to sleep.
When we turned out the light I fell asleep in about 5 minutes, and I slept through solidly until my alarm went off this morning at 4:30. I laid in bed for about 10 minutes before I got up.

Last night we both felt quite tired. I didn't sleep for my nap which always makes me tired, and I wanted to go to bed around 10:30 but in the end I gave in and went to sleep at 10:00.
I fell asleep almost instantly and woke up to my alarm at 4:15am (I set it a little early as I went to bed early), but then I went back to sleep for another 45 minutes and ended up waking up again at 5:00am for a total of 7 hours. This means I am probably not going to be sleeping for my nap today!
