I wasn't feeling so sleepy today, and wasn't 100% sure I would fall asleep easily but in the end I had no problem falling asleep. I slept solidly and woke up to my alarm at 5:00am.
I'm very happy to get my sleeping pattern back to normal!

Today I was pretty tired by nap time and fell asleep relatively quickly. I set my alarm for 2:20pm as I had to be out the house at 3:00pm to meet a friend of mine. I ended up laying in bed until 2:50pm.

Last night I remember looking at the clock at 1:00am, but I'm sure I was asleep before then because the time went very quickly.
After sleeping quite lightly for the first hour or so I didn't wake up again until morning.
