I didn't get the chance to nap due to the electrician coming round yesterday, so I was absolutely shattered last night. I spent most of the evening laying on my sofa, not doing much.

When bed time came I was asleep in minutes, and then I slept through until 5:55am when I woke up naturally. I thought to myself "I should get up now, there's only 5 minutes until the alarm" but then I decided 5 minutes of sleep would be worth it!

Now I'm more sure than ever that I love having a nap in the afternoon! It felt like such a long couple of days without my naps and today I had a great nap.

I went to bed a little later than usual as the electrician was in again today, and I laid in bed thinking "I've missed my bed!"

I fell asleep in a few minutes and woke up to the door bell 10 minutes before my alarm was due to go off. By the time I'd gotten dressed and ran downstairs they were gone but at least I was up.

This was a great nap!

I wasn't feeling so sleepy today, and wasn't 100% sure I would fall asleep easily but in the end I had no problem falling asleep. I slept solidly and woke up to my alarm at 5:00am.

I'm very happy to get my sleeping pattern back to normal!
