Last night I slept at my mum's house. I had a few drinks in the evening, but I left plenty of time before going to bed, and we ended up chatting until 1:20am when we went to bed.
It took me a little while to fall asleep (maybe half an hour), probably because I'd had so much sleep that day, and when I did finally fall asleep I woke up several times in the night. I think this is because we had a massive curry for dinner!
Even though I woke up a few times I felt relaxed and fell asleep each time easily.
I set the alarm for 5:45 but snoozed it for 15 minutes. I felt a little sleepy in the morning.

I didn't set an alarm for this nap, and I was really ready for it by the time I got to my bed. I think it took less than 2 minutes to fall asleep, and I woke up 2.5 hours later.
