Last night, as predicted, I was not as tired as usual. I'm not sure how long it took me to fall asleep, but I think it was at least 20 minutes.
I opened my eyes at about 1:20am and looked at the clock, so I know I wasn't asleep yet by that time, but I am sure that I also looked at the clock at 2:11am. I'm pretty sure that I didn't lay there for nearly an hour and a half, so I must have dozed off in between.
This morning, I laid in bed about 10 minutes after I recorded the end of this sleep. I have a small amount of sleep inertia now, but I'm sure it will pass.
I woke from a dream and really wanted to go back to sleep!

I was at my mum's house today, and I wasn't 100% sure that I would actually be able to fall asleep for this nap.
When I went to bed, I put my ear plugs in and laid down, and I immediately felt a little bit tired, but not as tired as usual. I laid there for what seemed like about 15 minutes before falling into a deep sleep.
2.5 hours later Yu Lee shook me a little and said "I think your mum is knocking on the door" so we got up. Sure enough she was trying to get us to wake up, but we were obviously fast asleep.
I had a great and refreshing nap.
