Last night I fell asleep quickly despite going to be quite early, and slept through to the morning. I definitely had a dream this morning but I didn't remember it when I'd gotten up.

A guy is in fitting our front door today, so I didn't really get a chance for a nap. I gave up and decided to have one anyway, but then 5 minutes later Yu Lee came home (she has a half day) so I decided to forget about it for the moment...

I didn't really get to sleep today as I had to be awake for my hair cut, but after the hair dresser left I realised I had about an hour for a quick nap. I went upstairs and put in ear plugs, and fell into a deep sleep.
Yu Lee came in to wake me up an hour later, and I was so sleepy. It took me aged to wake up properly, and this is the most sleepy I've felt for ages.
I guess this is the first time I've been woken up for a couple of weeks (as opposed to woken up naturally), and based on the length of my sleep I was probably in deep sleep at that time. I'll sleep well tonight!

Last night I was pretty tired. My nap was cut short, and we had people over for a barbecue in the evening, and by 11:00pm I was ready for bed.
By the time we got to bed it was nearly 11:30pm and I fell asleep quickly, and then slept through until 2:30am when people shouting outside woke me up. I was definitely dreaming, but I don't remember my dream now.
I woke up again just after 5:00am, and at 5:15am Yu Lee got up to use the bathroom. I dozed off again and woke up at 5:30am.
