Last night I was pretty tired after not having a proper nap and fell asleep quickly. I slept solidly through the night and woke up to my alarm as normal.

Today for my nap I knew I would be able to sleep for hours, but I set my alarm for just over 2 hours instead.

When I woke up I was obviously in quite a deep sleep because I was confused for a while as to whether it was nap time or morning. I laid in bed for 5 minutes before I got too irritated with the alarm going off and had to get up.
