As I'd slept so long the night before last, I didn't go for a nap yesterday. I felt a bit sleepy around lunch time but it wasn't too bad, and I ended up going to bed relatively late.
I fell asleep quickly and slept through to my alarm at 6:00am. I set it a bit later because the electrician is coming round today and I won't be able to nap.

I didn't get the chance to nap due to the electrician coming round yesterday, so I was absolutely shattered last night. I spent most of the evening laying on my sofa, not doing much.
When bed time came I was asleep in minutes, and then I slept through until 5:55am when I woke up naturally. I thought to myself "I should get up now, there's only 5 minutes until the alarm" but then I decided 5 minutes of sleep would be worth it!
