Last night my work mates had to do a release at work and were working from 10:00pm until 8:00am. As I was working on the project that they were releasing I told them to call me if they needed anything and kept my phone by the side of my bed.
Even though I knew that it was unlikely that they'd actually call me, for some reason I slept lighter than usual and had dreams that were influenced by the release, and at 3:00am I even woke up thinking about it.

Today I actually felt quite tired in the morning, but when I went home for my nap I found it difficult to get to sleep and I laid in bed for over 20 minutes before I drifted off. When I did fall asleep I drifted into a deep sleep and I was dreaming when my alarm went off and woke me up. I definitely could have done with a bit longer!

Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed, and once we'd settled down to sleep I drifted off in a couple of minutes. I slept solidly through the night and woke up to my alarm at 5:10am.
This morning I feel a little tired and I could probably have done with a little more sleep.
