Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed, and once we'd settled down to sleep I drifted off in a couple of minutes. I slept solidly through the night and woke up to my alarm at 5:10am.
This morning I feel a little tired and I could probably have done with a little more sleep.

Today at lunch time it took me around 15 minutes to get to sleep. I felt a bit tired around 11:00am but by the time I got home I'd woken up a bit, and at one point I thought there was no way I was going to be able to get to sleep at all, but then I drifted off and had a pretty good nap.
I slept solidly through the rest of my lunch break and woke up to my alarm just after 2:00pm.

Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm, but in the end it took my half an hour to get to sleep. I set my alarm for 5:30am but I ended up sleeping in until 6:00am, and I felt like I'd got a bit too much sleep when I did wake up.
