Last night I helped one of my Spanish friends move house. It took us 3 trips in the car and sometimes I had to park quite far from her house, and as well as that there was a lot of hanging around for the landlord and for her to sign the contracts.

It was really good driving practice for me though as I went out without Yu Lee and had to do a lot of driving down narrow streets and had to park and turn the car around a lot.

I got back around 10:30pm and had a small beer and then a cup of Rooibos. My muscles ached and I was exhausted!

Despite being exhausted, my mind was wide awake and it took me a few minutes to fall asleep. This morning I woke at 4:30am and dozed on and off until my alarm went off at 5:00am. My muscled still ache and I feel tired.

Today I felt pretty tired in the morning but not so tired at nap time.

I spent most of the morning working outside with my laptop, and had an early lunch around 10:45am. I worked for another couple of hours after lunch and headed to bed just before 1:00pm.

I fell asleep quickly, and when my alarm went off I gradually became aware of it, and laid there half asleep for about 5 minutes before recording the end of my sleep. After that I laid in bed for another 5 minutes before getting up.
