Yesterday evening I went out with Yu Lee for Thai food and a few beers. Yu Lee was tired at 10:30pm and my eyes felt tired so I went to bed with her, but I wasn't really that tired and it took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep.
This morning I was awake 10 minutes before my alarm went off, but as usual I decided to go back to sleep for 10 minutes which is totally pointless and makes me feel more tired when I wake up...

Today I had a headache for most of the morning, so when I came home for my nap I took some paracetamol and drunk some water. I fell asleep a little quicker than usual, in about 10 minutes, and then slept better too.
I still woke up a few times including about 10 minutes before my alarm went off but I feel well rested and I was dreaming when I woke up again. When I woke up my headache had gone.
