Last night Yu Lee went to bed at 10:30pm and I actually laid down with her in bed for 5 minutes while she went to sleep. After that I got back up and stayed up for about half an hour.

When I went back to bed at 11:00pm I was pretty tired and fell asleep pretty much straight away. I slept through until my alarm and then I couldn't be bothered to get up for another half hour or so. I felt a little tired when I woke up.

Today I saw Sara at lunch time for a language exchange and a beer so I obviously couldn't sleep then! When I got home I wasn't as tired as I thought I'd be, but I still managed to get to sleep in just over 10 minutes.

I woke up after a short and light sleep. I felt moderately refreshed.

Yesterday evening I went out with Yu Lee for Thai food and a few beers. Yu Lee was tired at 10:30pm and my eyes felt tired so I went to bed with her, but I wasn't really that tired and it took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep.

This morning I was awake 10 minutes before my alarm went off, but as usual I decided to go back to sleep for 10 minutes which is totally pointless and makes me feel more tired when I wake up...
