Last night we were still working at 8:00pm and didn't get to eat until 10:00pm. This was a lot of work for a Saturnday and isn't going to be a regular habit!
When we got round to bed time we talked for a while and went to sleep about 12:30am. I didn't set an alarm as we are going to a musical in London today and I won't get a chance to nap.
I really should catch up on more work, but I have to have time off sometimes!
As usual, after an epic sleep last night I feel pretty crappy. I hate sleeping so long in one go - it makes my head feel like cotton wool.

Yesterday I managed fine without my nap, which shows I can have a lay in in the morning to make up for it. I came over a bit sleepy in the theatre at around 3:00pm but it wasn't too bad.
By the time the evening came around I was very tired and I fell asleep quickly at bed time. This morning I was in a deep sleep when the alarm went off, and while it was still going off I was still half asleep and confused. I was under the impression that I could turn the alarm off my doing something with my tablet, but after a few seconds I realised that wasn't the case and jumped out of bed to turn it off.
I feel sleepy!
