Yesterday I managed fine without my nap, which shows I can have a lay in in the morning to make up for it. I came over a bit sleepy in the theatre at around 3:00pm but it wasn't too bad.
By the time the evening came around I was very tired and I fell asleep quickly at bed time. This morning I was in a deep sleep when the alarm went off, and while it was still going off I was still half asleep and confused. I was under the impression that I could turn the alarm off my doing something with my tablet, but after a few seconds I realised that wasn't the case and jumped out of bed to turn it off.
I feel sleepy!

This morning I actually felt really tired, and a couple of times I thought I'd like to go back to bed.
When nap time came around it took me a little while to fall asleep (but not too long), but then when the alarm went off I was in a deep sleep and found it hard to get up. I actually fell back asleep and woke up half an hour later with the alarm still ringing!
