Last night I fell asleep quickly, and I slept through most of the night without waking up. This morning I woke from a dream about 10 minutes before the alarm was due to go off and then dozed until it went off.

Today I got up and started work at 5:00am, and after some frustrating work this morning and a tricky phone conversation I feel better about the project now.
After that I did some other client work with Yu Lee and then it was lunch time, followed by nap time.
I fell asleep quickly, but really struggled to get up! I set the alarm for 3:00pm and it was still going off 20 minutes later. I haven't felt this exhausted in the afternoon for a long time.
