Last night we went out for dinner with my dad's neighbour and got back home just before midnight. We watched TV for a while when we got back and then I went to bed around 1am local time.
When I went to bed I set my alarm for 6:30am. I fell asleep in a very short period of time and slept through until about 4am when I drank some water and went back to sleep.
I'm not 100% sure what happened next as the next thing I remember is waking up and it being 7:00 already, so either I didn't set my alarm correctly or I woke up and turned it off and went straight back to sleep without remembering it. Either way I slept a bit longer than intended.

Today it was just me and dad that went out to the bar at lunch time and we are off out for dinner tonight so we tried not to drink too much and came back a bit earlier. I went for my nap when I came back from the pub, and although I didn't feel particularly tired I fell asleep in a couple of minutes and woke up after 1:45.
