Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed, and I fell asleep straight away. This morning when I woke up I felt really groggy, and dozed after the alarm for 10 minutes or so. Now it is 7:00am and I still think I could fall asleep in seconds - maybe I need an early night tonight to catch up on a bit of lost sleep?

This morning when I got up I was really tired, but then I felt fine for most of the rest of the day. At about 2:00pm I did go through a little drowsy period, but this is totally normal at that time.
By the time I got home I wasn't feeling too sleepy, but as soon as I laid down the tiredness washed over me and I managed to fall asleep pretty quickly.
I was worried that the pressure of having to get up after my nap to go to the theatre would make it hard to sleep, but I actually had no problem. When my alarm went off I woke up easily and felt refreshed.
