Last night I felt a lot less tired after my nap, but was still slightly drowsy throughout the evening. I think this is because I had a couple of beers at lunch time, and alcohol has a negative impact on the quality of my sleep, so my nap wasn't as good as usual.
I had no problem staying up until just before 1:00 so I went to bed at the normal time, and I fell asleep pretty much straight away.
This morning I either woke up before the alarm or dreamt that I did, as I remember looking at the clock and it was not 5:00am yet. The next thing I remember is waking up to the alarm, so maybe I was dreaming but I don't really know.

Today I didn't feel particularly tired in the afternoon. I did feel a little bit drowsy but not as much as some of the other days.
When I got home and went to bed, I instantly felt very sleepy, and I think I must have fallen asleep within minutes of my head hitting the pillow. I woke up a couple of times, especially when Yu Lee came home at 6:00pm but easily drifted back off to sleep.
The last couple of naps have both felt like having a lie in on a Sunday morning as I have woken up and drifted back off a few times, and then ended with a period of just laying there and relaxing.
I am also going to add that the thing which has been on my mind for the past few days looks like it is probably resolved now, which I think will help me to fall asleep easier.
