Last night I probably went to bed a little bit earlier than I needed to. My intention was to read in bed for a while, but when I got in bed and Yu Lee cuddled up to me I really couldn't be bothered so I just went to sleep instead.
I don't think it took me too long to get to sleep, but probably more than 10 minutes.
This morning I woke up naturally at 4:20. I'd probably been awake for at least 5 minutes when I registered the end of my sleep, and then I got up just after 4:30. I enjoy waking up without an alarm.

I felt a bit tired this afternoon, partly because I was in a meeting after lunch and afternoon meetings always make me feel a bit tired, but by the end of the day I had perked up a bit. When I arrived at home I didn't feel that tired but when I laid in my bed the tiredness suddenly came back and I fell asleep in about 5 minutes.
I'm not sure whether I was already awake or not when Yu Lee came in from work but I heard her come in and woke up properly. She came into the bedroom and laid down on the bed next to me and we talked about the people at her new work for about half an hour. It wasn't the longest nap ever but I felt like I slept properly and I feel good now.

Last night I started to feel sleepy quite early and ended up going to bed just after 10:30pm. I think it took me about 10 minutes to fall asleep.
This morning I initially woke up at about 3:40am, but I laid in bed and dozed for about half an hour before getting up just after 4:00.
