Last night I started to feel sleepy quite early and ended up going to bed just after 10:30pm. I think it took me about 10 minutes to fall asleep.
This morning I initially woke up at about 3:40am, but I laid in bed and dozed for about half an hour before getting up just after 4:00.

Today I went for a pint and an enormous chicken burger at lunch time, and then had a 1.5 hour meeting. These 2 things combined with my early morning made me feel quite tired by the time I left work. Also my meeting overran by about 10 minutes so I was a bit late leaving.
When I got home I went to bed and put in some earplugs because I have just had a different brand delivered and I wanted to test them out. I fell asleep in about 5 minutes, and then I woke up after what seemed like about 10 minutes. The ear plugs were not very comfortable so I took them out. I was thinking that only a short while had passed so I was just about to try and go back to sleep when I realised it was actually 6:30 already!
After my nap I felt a little bit groggy, but I did have an enjoyable nap. I laid in bed for about 20 minutes afterwards.

Last night I started feeling sleepy from about 10:00pm, but when I finally went to bed it took me longer than expected to fall asleep. It felt like I was laying in bed for about 20 minutes.
This morning I slept right through until my alarm and got up at 5:00am. When I went to log my sleep this site was broken from my last update, so I had to get up and fix it before I could log my sleep!
