Last night when I went to bed I was intending to read in bed for a while. I wasn't particularly tired as I'd had such a lot of sleep in the afternoon.
In the end, once I was in bed I couldn't really be bothered to read! I probably laid in bed for about 10 - 15 minutes before I slept, but I never felt like I was 'trying' to sleep: it was relaxing and enjoyable.
This morning I woke up with the alarm. I'm pretty sure I'd just finished a dream, but I would have needed to lay there with my eyes closed to stand any chance of remembering it and I'm pretty sure that would have made me fall back to sleep.

I felt drowsy at work today at about 2:00pm, but by the end of work I'd gotten over it. When I took my nap it took me 10 - 15 minutes to fall asleep, and then I woke up at about 5:25, so I was probably asleep for just under an hour.
I was considering going back to sleep, but while I was laying there I heard Yu Lee arriving so I said hello and she came in and I got up soon after.

Last night I probably went to bed a little bit earlier than I needed to. My intention was to read in bed for a while, but when I got in bed and Yu Lee cuddled up to me I really couldn't be bothered so I just went to sleep instead.
I don't think it took me too long to get to sleep, but probably more than 10 minutes.
This morning I woke up naturally at 4:20. I'd probably been awake for at least 5 minutes when I registered the end of my sleep, and then I got up just after 4:30. I enjoy waking up without an alarm.
