Last night we were at Mum's, but we went to bed at the usual time. I slept well, waking at about 3:30am for some water, then again just after 5:00am, and finally to the alarm at 6:45am. I reset my alarm for 7:00am as I was tired by this point and got another 15 minutes of sleep.

Today we went to a Sikh wedding in Hounslow (which is a dump by the way) and left the wedding before 1:00pm. It took us 2.5 hours to get back as we were stuck in traffic for the first part of it.
When we got in we were knackered and both went for a nap. I set an alarm so that I wouldn't sleep all day and mess up my sleep pattern, and I woke up just under an hour later. Yu Lee wasn't there any more, so although I felt like I'd only dozed off for a few minutes I realised I must have slept properly.
When I went downstairs, Yu Lee told me my snoring had woken her up 20 minutes before I got up and she came downstairs.

Last night I felt really tired, but when I got to bed it took me a few minutes to fall asleep. I slept through the night and struggled to get up with the alarm this morning.
I had a dream, but I don't remember enough details to record it.
