Last night I felt really tired, but when I got to bed it took me a few minutes to fall asleep. I slept through the night and struggled to get up with the alarm this morning.
I had a dream, but I don't remember enough details to record it.

I nice nap on the sofa in the back room. It took me a little while to fall asleep, but was great once I'd nodded off.
