Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm. I laid in bed for what seemed like about 15 minutes, but then I looked at the clock and an hour had passed (it was 12:30am) so I must have fallen asleep and then woke up again. I got a drink of water and came back to bed and fell straight asleep.
This morning I got up just after my second alarm and spent the morning playing Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup.

I went home a little bit earlier today so that I could eat before my nap, and in the end I went to sleep just after 12:00 noon. I slept for most of the time I was in bed but it wasn't a solid, deep sleep. I woke up several times and was just lightly dozing when my alarm went off.
