Last night I felt very tired, but it still took me about 15 minutes to fall asleep. I slept through the night and I'm sure I had a dream but I don't remember it now.
I turned off both alarms, went back to sleep and woke up half an hour later at 5:45.

Today for my nap I was pretty tired and fell asleep relatively quickly. When my alarm went off I was in a deep sleep and it took me a little while to drag myself from my bed. I'm pretty sure I could have slept longer.

Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm. I laid in bed for what seemed like about 15 minutes, but then I looked at the clock and an hour had passed (it was 12:30am) so I must have fallen asleep and then woke up again. I got a drink of water and came back to bed and fell straight asleep.
This morning I got up just after my second alarm and spent the morning playing Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup.
