Last night I went to bed around 12:30am (Spanish time) and fell asleep within a couple of minutes. I woke up a couple of hours later and took out my ear plugs but then my dad started cleaning up the plates from dinner which was quite loud in my room so I put my earplugs back in again and went back to sleep.

After that I woke up again around 4:00am and took my earplugs out again and felt that I could have easily have gotten up but I went back to sleep again and woke up with my alarm at 5:30am. I logged the end of my sleep and then laid in bed for a while and to be honest I probably dozed off for a few minutes. In the end I got up around 5:45am.

Today I went to the pub again at lunch time (you can expect to see this happening every day while I'm in Spain) and we had quite a few beers, and afterwards when I got back home I went straight to my bed for a nap. I fell asleep almost instantly, and slept like a log for more than 2.5 hours!

When I woke up I wasn't sure whether it was morning or not which I think is always the sign of a good nap! When I did finally wake up it was 8:00pm local time which is quite late for me. Now it's dinner time!
