Last night it took me over half an hour to get to sleep, even though I went to bed quite late. I think it was probably because I had quite a long nap.
I set my alarm for 5:30am this morning and actually managed to get up straight away!

Today we are going to High Wycombe to stay with my brother and his girlfriend. I wasn't really ready to sleep at 12:20 but I went to bed anyway, and surprisingly I managed to fall asleep in less than 10 minutes. I had a pretty good nap and woke up just after 2:00pm.
