Last night we went to bed just before midnight. I was actually quite tired by this point despite my epic nap. I think I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and slept through until my alarm at 4:30am.
I must have been quite tired this morning because I drifted off for another 20 minutes.

Today I didn't take a lunch break so I came home an hour early instead.
We had a 2 hour presentation between 10:30am and 12:30pm which was really boring and I felt like I could have fallen asleep in seconds at that point in the day! It overran in the end which is why I skipped lunch, and by the time 3:00pm came around I was not feeling as sleepy but I was still quite tired.
When I got home I went straight to bed and I fell asleep in about than 5 minutes. The next thing I remember is opening my eyes and seeing Yu Lee.
This was a lovely nap (and a nice way to be woken up!) and afterwards I laid in bed for about 20 minutes. I could have easily slept longer...
