Last night I felt quite sleepy before going to bed, but when I got in bed, after a few minutes I came over thirsty and needed to go to the bathroom.

It was warm in my bed and cold in the rest of the house, so I thought I'd just ignore it and go to sleep, but in the end after nearly half an hour I gave up and went downstairs to get some water and use the bathroom. When I got back I was asleep in minutes.

This morning my alarm went off and I jumped straight out of bed.

Today was the first day back at work after Christmas, and when I got home I was starving. I made myself a sandwich, played piano for a little while and went to bed.

I fell asleep quickly for my nap and when the alarm went off I could have slept longer.

Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night. I opened my eyes at 4:58am and looked at the clock, and thought "I need to get up in a minute". I was still awake at 4:59am, but then I must have fallen asleep seconds before my alarm because the next thing I knew I woke up to it going off.
