Last night I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night. I opened my eyes at 4:58am and looked at the clock, and thought "I need to get up in a minute". I was still awake at 4:59am, but then I must have fallen asleep seconds before my alarm because the next thing I knew I woke up to it going off.

This morning I worked from home, so it was a little bit earlier when I finished and made my lunch.
I fell asleep quickly for my nap, and when the alarm went off I laid in bed for 6 minutes listening to it. I don't know why I find it so hard to drag myself out of bed after my naps as I have no problem getting out of bed in the mornings.
