I was reasonably tired last night, and I'm pretty sure I fell asleep within 10 minutes of laying down.
This morning I was moderately tired and I snoozed for 10 minutes which isn't too bad but not great.

I didn't sleep at all
I came in from work and felt pretty tired. I laid down on the bed and felt more and more tired, until I drifted off and then woke up again immediately. After waiting for another 10 minutes or so I decided to get up for a few minutes before trying again.
It feels like I nod off, and then suddenly realise that I am asleep and think 'Oh my god I am finally asleep!" which is exciting and wakes me up.

After coming back to bed I finally managed to fall asleep. I think it took me about 10 - 15 minutes so I probably only had 1 hour of sleep in total. I woke up when Yu Lee came home, and felt moderately refreshed, but not as good as usual.
I am beginning to think that my troubles sleeping may be caused by anxiety. I have a couple of things coming up that are on my mind at the moment, and adding to that was the fact that we had to be in town at 7:30pm to see the fireworks. Whenever I know I have to be somewhere it always makes it much harder to sleep, as my brain says "Ok you need to sleep now", which is kind of stressful.
All in all, not a great day for napping :-(
