Last night I had a language exchange, but I came home a bit earlier than usual and arrived back at my home just after 9:30pm. I didn't do a lot after I got back and went to bed around 11:00pm.
I fell asleep very quickly and woke up at 4:26am. I looked at the clock and realised my alarm would go off very soon, but I still went back to sleep and then was awoken a couple of minutes later.

I came in from work and went straight to bed and fell asleep in minutes. I woke up naturally over an hour later. Another good nap!

This morning I am off to Spain so I needed to be at the airport at 6:30am. Normally I would have had to have gotten up really early but now that I'm getting up at 4:30am I can just get up at the normal time to go to the airport.
Last night I could have easily stayed up later, but as I had to be up early this morning I went to bed at 11pm so that I wouldn't be tired. I slept through solidly until my alarm at 4:30 and as she was taking me to the airport Yu Lee also got up with me.
