This chart shows my sleep pattern - the coloured blocks represent times that I am asleep.
This chart just show my sleeps for 04/03/2013.
Total time slept: 6:54 hours
Details:
Sleep 1
23:36 to 05:04
(5:28 hours)
Last night I wasn't particularly tired, and I ended up going to bed around 11:30. As usual, I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and slept through solidly until my alarm at 4:30am this morning.
I remember fumbling about trying to turn my alarm off which is always a sign that I am tired, and in the end I turned it off by disabling the alarm with a switch on the side, rather than pressing the little button which cancels the alarm but leaves it enabled. After that I must have fallen straight back to sleep again pretty quickly because the next thing I remember is looking at the clock and it being 5:05am.
I obviously just needed a bit of a lay in as I feel fine and wide awake now!
Sleep 2
16:19 to 16:57
(0:37 hours)
I didn't sleep at all
(no comment)
Sleep 3
16:57 to 17:50
(0:53 hours)
Today I was due to meet my Spanish friend for a language exchange at 7:00pm so I set an alarm for 5:45pm so that I would definitely have time to get up and get ready. I normally wake up at this time or before, but as usual, the stress of knowing I only have a limited amount of time made it hard to sleep and I ended up laying awake (but feeling very relaxed) for almost 40 minutes.
Eventually I did fall asleep, but I think I maybe stirred a few times. When my alarm did go of though I was actually sound asleep. I laid in bed for a couple of minutes and then had a mad rush to get up make a cup of tea, have a bath, drink my cup of tea and leave the house!
Sleep 4
23:03 to 04:29
(5:25 hours)
Last night I had a language exchange, but I came home a bit earlier than usual and arrived back at my home just after 9:30pm. I didn't do a lot after I got back and went to bed around 11:00pm.
I fell asleep very quickly and woke up at 4:26am. I looked at the clock and realised my alarm would go off very soon, but I still went back to sleep and then was awoken a couple of minutes later.
