Last night I went to bed around 11:00pm but it took me more than half an hour to get to sleep. It wasn't frustrating though and I probably did doze for some of the time before I properly fell asleep.
Today I set 2 alarms so that I could get up early and nap early before my driving lesson...

After I got up this morning I came over really sleepy around 7:00am (I was watching a boring youtube video), and then when I went to wake Yu Lee up at 9:30am I felt like I could have fallen asleep in seconds.
I wanted to nap at 11:00am today so that I could be alert for my driving lesson at 2:00pm, but even though I felt really tired 1.5 hours before, when I laid down at 11:00am I couldn't sleep. I tried for about an hour and then gave up.

Last night I was pretty tired when I went to bed and I fell asleep almost instantly. I slept through solidly until my alarm at 5:00am, but when it went off I decided to go back to sleep. I woke up naturally at 5:45am and got up.
