Last night I went to bed at around 11:00pm and fell asleep pretty quickly. I woke up naturally at about 4:15am but thought it was too early to get up, so I went back to sleep and then turned my alarm off without waking up. When I finally did wake up it was gone 5:30am and I feel like I slept a little bit too long.
I don't remember what I was dreaming about, but I'm sure I had lots of crazy dreams this morning!

Today I didn't feel that tired, but I came home anyway for a nap. It took me about 15 - 20 minutes to fall asleep, and I was asleep for less than an hour, and although my sleep wasn't particularly deep it was refreshing and I feel pretty good this afternoon.

Today I set 2 alarms so that I could get up early and nap early before my driving lesson...
