Yesterday me and Yu Lee played way too much on the computer, and once again ended up going to bed a bit later than usual. I fell asleep in minutes and slept through until 4:50am when I woke up naturally.

I always feel a little bit sleepy when I wake up in the morning, even if I wake up naturally, but this morning I feel a lot less sleepy than the previous couple of days.

Today I was starting to feel sleepy around 1:00pm so I went for my nap early. I could hear a little bit of noise from next door (but very quiet) so I put in ear plugs and went to sleep.

I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and slept through for about an hour and a half. After I logged my sleep I laid in bed for about half an hour. I might have dozed off again for a few more minutes but I'm not sure...

Last night I wasn't particularly tired, and I ended up going to bed around 11:30. As usual, I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and slept through solidly until my alarm at 4:30am this morning.

I remember fumbling about trying to turn my alarm off which is always a sign that I am tired, and in the end I turned it off by disabling the alarm with a switch on the side, rather than pressing the little button which cancels the alarm but leaves it enabled. After that I must have fallen straight back to sleep again pretty quickly because the next thing I remember is looking at the clock and it being 5:05am.

I obviously just needed a bit of a lay in as I feel fine and wide awake now!
