Yesterday I learnt my lesson and decided to try shifting my sleeping pattern little by little instead of just setting my alarm hours earlier in one go.
I fell asleep fairly quickly once we settled down (although we had been talking in bed for about an hour already) and slept through the night. When my alarm went off I was dreaming, although I have no clue what about.
I got up easier but I do still feel a little tired.

This was a pretty good nap. I fell asleep quickly, and woke up naturally after a couple of hours feeling great.
