Last night I fell asleep pretty quickly. I set my alarm for 7:00am, but I snoozed it until 7:30am and then tried to get up. I nearly fell asleep sitting on the bedroom floor so got back into bed for another hour.
I'm finding it hard to reset my sleeping pattern at the moment.
