Last night I went out for a language exchange, and when I got back I had a cup of Rooibos and went to bed. It took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep, probably because it was a bit earlier than usual.
I slept solidly through the night and woke up at 4:30am to my alarm clock. After my alarm went off I dozed off again for about 15 minutes before getting up.
Hopefully this means my body clock is now set to British Summer Time!

This was another nap that didn't feel right. I slept for about an hour but it just didn't feel like I had a deep refreshing sleep.

Last night I went to bed around 10:30pm because that's when Yu Lee wanted to go to bed. To be honest I wasn't that tired and I should have probably stayed up a bit later.
It took me about 15 minutes to fall asleep, and I woke up again at about 2:00am. I remember opening my eyes several times at about 2:00am and thinking that I was awake enough to get up but that would be ridiculous! When I did get back to sleep I think I woke up again around 4:00am (and possibly one more time between 2 and 4 but I don't remember clearly).
The annoying thing is that when my alarm finally did go off I felt quite tired and went back to sleep until 5:00. I think I just needed to go to bed a bit later...
