Last night we actually went to bed around 11:30pm but it was midnight by the time we stopped talking. After that I settled down to sleep but half an hour later I was still awake.
As I'd gone to bed so late I set my alarm clock 1 hour later (although I suppose it would be my normal wake up time if the clocks hadn't changed). This morning after my alarm went off I dozed for 10 minutes and got up.

Today's nap wasn't particularly good. I felt sleepy around 2:00pm (as usual) but by the time I got home I had woken up a bit. I laid in the bed for what seemed like about 15 minutes, then I took off my eye mask to mark 'did not sleep' and realised that I must have been sleeping as 45 minutes had passed.
After logging the end of my sleep I did lay in bed for another 20 minutes or so, and it was quite relaxing but I didn't go back to sleep.
Overall this nap was somewhat refreshing, and I know I slept because I felt fine in the evening, but it was not as good as usual.

Last night I went out for a language exchange, and when I got back I had a cup of Rooibos and went to bed. It took me about 20 minutes to fall asleep, probably because it was a bit earlier than usual.
I slept solidly through the night and woke up at 4:30am to my alarm clock. After my alarm went off I dozed off again for about 15 minutes before getting up.
Hopefully this means my body clock is now set to British Summer Time!
