Last night I ended up staying up a bit later than usual because I was playing games. By the time I finally came to bed I was pretty tired and fell asleep in a couple of minutes.
I set my alarm clock for 5:00am this morning, and after my alarm went off I snoozed for about 10 minutes. It took me a bit longer than usual for my alarm to wake me off and the sensation of it vibrating actually came into my dream which was odd!

When I got back from my driving lesson Yu Lee was running a bath so I waited for her to be out before going for my nap. I laid down and shut my eyes and I think I was asleep in around 10 minutes.
I think I woke up at least once during my nap but I don't remember it clearly, and remember towards the end thinking I had only been asleep for half an hour or so and trying to stay asleep. When I looked at the clock nearly 2 hours had passed and it felt like a really nice, deep sleep.
After my nap I ended up laying in bed until 3:30pm.

Yesterday me and Yu Lee played way too much on the computer, and once again ended up going to bed a bit later than usual. I fell asleep in minutes and slept through until 4:50am when I woke up naturally.
I always feel a little bit sleepy when I wake up in the morning, even if I wake up naturally, but this morning I feel a lot less sleepy than the previous couple of days.
