Last night we watched Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and by the end of the film I was starting to feel sleepy.
When we got into bed I woke up a little and I was still awake after 10 minutes. I thought to myself "if I'm still awake in 5 minutes I will reset the sleep timer" and that's the last thing I remember!
I slept solidly and woke up to my alarm as usual.

Today I didn't feel as tired as usual around nap time so I went to bed a little bit later. I slept relatively lightly and woke up naturally after an hour and a quarter.
