Last night at about 11:00pm I came over very tired. The 20 minute power naps that I had yesterday did get rid of some of the tiredness, but the effects were not long lasting like my normal naps.
This morning I first woke up at 5:30am as usual, but I ended up drifting in and out of sleep for about 15 minutes. Maybe I should try sitting straight up when the alarm goes off to avoid this.
When the weather was warmer it was much easier to just jump out of bed, but now that it's cold it is way too tempting to lay there for a while.

I didn't sleep at all
Normally I just restart the timer when I can't fall asleep quickly, but today it took me quite a long time to fall asleep for my nap so I thought I would record it instead. I don't know why it is taking me so long to fall asleep for my naps this week, but I hope I will get over it because it is quite frustrating.
